2人から成る絵画作家。2002年よりライブハウスやクラブにて絵を描く遊びから始まり、FUJI ROCK FESTIVALを中心とする野外フェスなどにも活動の場を拡げ現在に至る。Gravityfree (無重力、重力の無い)という名前にもある様に、常識とされる世のしがらみから解放された、人間の根源的な衝動の瞬間や、見えないモノを可視化するなどをコンセプトにしている。計画的かつセッション感あふれる即興性の高いペインティングスタイルはGravityfreeの主な特徴となっている。2人の背景として、ストリートアート、漫画やサブカルアート、弱き立場の尊厳を重んじるレベルミュージック、世界中の多種多様な民族の文化など、それらの影響が色濃く作品に反映される。 様々なシーンでのライブペイントや壁画制作を中心に創作活動を続けている。

A painting duo in the formed of Dejow (Toshio Ono) and 8g (Eiji Miyata). Since 2002, they started painting together for fun at live houses and clubs, and has expanded their creativities to outdoor festivals, such as Japan’s biggest and renowned outdoor Fes, FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL. As the name Gravityfree narrates, their concept is to visualize the moments of human’s fundamental instincts and invisible things that freed from the shackles of common sense. Gravityfree’s fascinating unique painting style is their improvisational session which is based on the well-planed sketch. Their paintings are strongly inspired and reflected in the work from their backbone, such as Street art, Manga, Subculture Art, and Rebel Music that values ​​the dignity to the vulnerable members of society, variety of ethnic cultures around the world, and so on.They continues their creative activities centered on live painting and mural productions in various scenes.
